Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Our commitment

ProCertMax is committed to making our website and certificate management platform accessible and usable for as many people as possible.

We consider accessibility as part of the design, development and testing of ProCertMax and will continue to review the service as it develops.

Using ProCertMax

We aim to provide clear, consistent and understandable pages that support common browser and assistive-technology features.

Our public pages are designed to support:

  • Keyboard navigation.
  • Clear page headings and meaningful link text.
  • Visible focus states for interactive controls.
  • Readable colour contrast.
  • Browser zoom and responsive layouts.
  • Form labels and accessible names for controls.
  • Content that can be understood without relying on colour alone.

Accessibility testing

We have completed accessibility testing across the agreed public-facing ProCertMax page scope as part of our pre-launch quality assurance process.

The tested public-page scope passed the accessibility checks included in that review. We will continue to test accessibility when relevant parts of the service change.

This statement describes our current accessibility approach and does not represent third-party accessibility certification.

Customer-provided content

ProCertMax allows customers to upload their own certificate templates and related content. The accessibility of customer-provided documents, templates, logos or other uploaded material may depend on how that content was originally created.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing the accessibility and suitability of content they upload and distribute through ProCertMax.

Reporting an accessibility issue

If you experience an accessibility problem while using ProCertMax, please tell us. Your feedback helps us identify and improve accessibility issues.

Improving accessibility

Accessibility is an ongoing part of our quality process. We will review reported issues, consider accessibility when introducing relevant changes and make reasonable improvements where practicable.
